Product Description
The OCT 3/4 transcription factor, a member of the POU family, is expressed in totipotent embryonic stem cells (ES) and germ cells.15 OCT 3/4 has a unique role in development and in the determination of pluripotency.15 OCT 3/4 immunohistochemistry staining has been shown to be a useful marker for a wide variety of gonadal and extragonadal germ cell tumors that exhibit pluripotentiality.16
