For use in higher throughput laboratories – The Mouse AP Detection is an alkaline phosphatase (AP)-antibody conjugate system intended for use in the detection of mouse IgG and mouse IgM primary antibodies on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues in an immunohistochemistry (IHC) procedure . Fast Red Chromogen Kit consists of two solutions for the staining of  FFPE) tissues, as part of an  IHC procedure using an alkaline phosphatase (AP) detection system. The Mouse  AP Detection and Fast Red Chromogen are performed on Biocare Medical’s ONCORE Pro Automated Slide Stainer and visualized by light microscopy.

The clinical interpretation of any staining or its absence should be complemented by morphological studies and proper controls and should be evaluated within the context of the patient’s clinical history and other diagnostic tests by a qualified pathologist.
