Product Description
Mast Cell Tryptase, also known as Tryptase, is a serine protease predominantly produced and stored in mast cells. It has been studied for its involvement in biological processes such as tissue remodeling and angiogenesis.15,16 According to published literature, mast cells expressing Tryptase have been observed in a variety of human tissues, including those from hematologic and solid tumors. Reports have noted increased presence of tryptase-positive mast cells and associated vascular changes in tissue samples from various anatomical sites, such as skin, endometrium, breast, stomach, colon, pancreas, and hematopoietic tissues.15,16
