Product Description

Helicobacter pylori is a spiral-shaped, gram-negative bacterium, which colonizes the gastric epithelium.⁵ It is the major cause of gastric carcinogenesis and other gastric diseases, such as, chronic gastritis, gastroduodenal ulcers, and gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma.⁵ Immunohistochemistry is a reliable technique for the detection of H. pylori and can distinguish it from other types of curved bacteria.⁶
