These Mouse-on-Farma and Rabbit-on-Farma HRP and AP polymers are specifically designed to achieve excellent staining quality when using mouse or rabbit primary antibodies. The advanced polymer technology virtually eliminates cross-reactivity to endogenous equine, bovine, porcine and ovine IgGs, increases sensitivity and reduces IHC steps (no Avidin/Biotin block or Link/Probe). The polymers are intended for use on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues and are suitable for both manual and automated protocols. These additions to Biocare’s PromARK series expand IHC detection applications to a broader range of animal tissues, resulting in increased research capability.
