Using the Biocare intelliPATH FLX instrument with MACH2 Detection, Background Eraser, and Microglia antibody, researchers tracked viral replication and disease symptoms in hamsters administered high-dose intranasal SARS-CoV-2 infection both with and without immunization with the experimental vaccine.
