Mouse Amp AP Detection

Product Description

The Mouse Amp AP Detection is intended for use in automated Immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining protocols using an alkaline phosphatase (AP) polymer one-step application method. This micro-polymer detection kit is designed for the detection of mouse IgG and IgM primary antibodies bound to target antigens in the formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues during the IHC staining process. The clinical interpretation of any staining or its absence should be complemented by morphological studies and proper controls and should be evaluated within the context of the patient’s clinical history and other diagnostic tests by a qualified pathologist.
