Product Description

HLA-B is a highly polymorphic protein encoding gene for the major histocompatibility class I (MHC-I) complex.¹⁵ MHC class I molecules are expressed on the cell surface, binding and presenting antigenic peptides to CD8+ T lymphocytes to mediate immune responses against intracellular pathogens and cancers.¹⁶
