Rabbit anti-Digoxigenin

Product Description

Rabbit anti-Digoxigenin is useful for the chromogenic visualization of Digoxigenin labeled DNA probes hybridized to cognate DNA target sequences in an ISH procedure. The digoxigenin-labeled probe is detected with an unconjugated rabbit anti-digoxigenin antibody, followed by an anti-rabbit enzyme polymer conjugate. Visualization is achieved by a colorimetric reaction with a compatible chromogen.
