Product Description

For use in higher throughput laboratories – The Mouse Amp AP Detection is intended for use in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining protocols using an alkaline phosphatase (AP) polymer one-step application method. This micro-polymer detection kit is designed for the detection of mouse IgG and IgM primary antibodies bound to target antigens in the formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues during the IHC staining process. Fast Red Chromogen Kit consists of two solutions for the staining of  FFPE) tissues, as part of an  IHC procedure using an alkaline phosphatase (AP) detection system. The Mouse Amp AP Detection and Fast Red Chromogen are performed on Biocare Medical’s ONCORE Pro Automated Slide Stainer and visualized by light microscopy.

The clinical interpretation of any staining or its absence should be complemented by morphological studies and proper controls and should be evaluated within the context of the patient’s clinical history and other diagnostic tests by a qualified pathologist.
