Antigen Retrieval 2 (AR2), low pH is a citrate buffer (pH 6.0) which is capable of partially breaking the covalent bonds of formalin-fixed tissue, as part of an IHC staining procedure on the ONCORE Automated Slide Stainer. Pretreatment of FFPE tissues with Antigen Retrieval 2 (AR2), low pH can significantly increase staining intensity. The solution is provided ready-to-use and is intended to be applied as defined by the staining protocols on the ONCORE Automated Slide Stainer.
