MACH 3 Rabbit AP-Polymer Detection

Product Description

This biotin-free technology uses a specific probe to detect rabbit monoclonal and polyclonal primary antibodies which is then followed by an alkaline phosphatase (AP) polymer that binds to the probe. This innovative AP-polymerization technology provides up to 5 to 20 times greater staining sensitivity compared to Envision + and other polymer detection kits. It can be used manually and on automated stainers.
