The Biocare RISH™ AP Detection Kit is to be used for the revealing of RISH probes with the red end-point. Under optimal conditions, RISH probes specifically hybridize to cognate mRNAs or DNA in formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissues. The Biocare RISH AP Detection Kit provides reagents and materials for the preparation, pretreatment, hybridization and detection of digoxigenin labeled probes.
