4plus Biotinylated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG

Product Description

This biotinylated antibody reacts with heavy and light chains on mouse IgG. It is adsorbed against horse, bovine and human. It reacts with all mouse IgG subclasses and mouse IgM. It has been affinity-purified with minimal cross-reaction to human, bovine and horse serum proteins. A long spacer arm has been positioned between the biotin and the secondary antibody, which provides a significant increase in sensitivity when coupled with streptavidin conjugates. Biocare’s Goat Anti-Mouse IgG can be used with either streptavidin horseradish peroxidase or streptavidin alkaline phosphatase detection systems.
