Mast Cell Tryptase [AA1]

Product Description

Mast Cell Tryptase, also known as Tryptase, is a serine protease predominantly produced and stored in mast cells. It has been studied for its involvement in biological processes such as tissue remodeling and angiogenesis.^15,16 According to published literature, mast cells expressing Tryptase have been observed in a variety of human tissues, including those from hematologic and solid tumors. Reports have noted increased presence of tryptase-positive mast cells and associated vascular changes in tissue samples from various anatomical sites, such as skin, endometrium, breast, stomach, colon, pancreas, and hematopoietic tissues.^15,16
