SPOT-Light® HER2 CISH
Combining the Accuracy of FISH with the Ease of IHC
The SPOT-Light® HER2 CISH Kit is FDA approved as an alternative for IHC or FISH methods. The novel chromogenic ISH (CISH) technology allows for a simplified interpretation scheme compared to both IHC and FISH methods. SPOT-Light® HER2 CISH provides gene amplification results. Several studies have demonstrated that gene amplification tests provide superior correlation to Herceptin® response compared to IHC methods.
