Increased flexibility and greater speed at a reduced cost
The Nemesis 7200 offers more flexibility and greater speed at a reduced cost compared to other automated systems. It gives the user flexibility to pick the reagents of choice to optimize staining quality. Each of the slides can be programmed individually or all identically. The specific order of reagent application can be determined by the user. The advanced 2D Matrix system allows reagent tracking, slide tracking and gives the user many detailed reports. It also reduces the possibility of errors. Open or 2D Matrix operating formats with high, middle and low level user access available for security. Main programming grid, reagent map, slide map, run log and IHC reports can be generated after each staining run. Easy-to-use Windows compatible software allows data export to Excel and individual slide edit capability. It gives the user flexibility to pick the reagents of choice to optimize staining quality, carrying up to 84 slides per run.
The Nemesis 3600 is an automated slide processing system compatible with all currently available reagents for Immunohistochemistry and related applications. The instrument is designed to perform automated and totally reliable immunostaining in a way that closely mimics the way immunostaining is done manually in most laboratories today. This enables the easy transfer of established manual methods to an automated instrument without any changes to the reagents used.
The Nemesis 3600 holds 36 slides, which can be programmed identically or individually using any combination of primary antibody, detection system, staining times, reagent volumes and reagent delivery positions (3 per slide). The software provides for rapid programming, from less than a minute using a previously established autoprogram or (typically) 10 – 15 minutes for 36 slides programmed individually with different reagents.
