ISH HRP Detection Kit for Digoxigenin-Labeled DNA Probes is useful for the chromogenic visualization of digoxigenin-labeled DNA probes hybridized to cognate DNA target sequences in an ISH procedure. The digoxigenin-labeled probe is detected with an unconjugated mouse anti-digoxigenin antibody, followed by a goat anti-mouse HRP polymer conjugate. Visualization is achieved by a colorimetric reaction with a compatible chromogen, facilitated by HRP.
