Notary License, completion of an Accounting certification is a plus.

Basic understanding of ISO policies and how it applies to the job function.
Job Description:
Assist on business system projects related to inventory.
Inventory database transactions such as Accounts Payable data and incoming invoices.
Job Duties:
Collects, summarizes and posts time sheet data into ADP.
Prepare bank deposits and posts customer payments.
Process signed checks.
Posts accounts payable into accounting system.
Routing bills for management approval.
Opening and/or sorting mail.

Bachelor of Science w/ Experience In Related Field
Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in a Life Science, training or certification in histology, or technically related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
Highly motivated professional team player. Demonstrated track record of success with capital equipment and/or reagent systems sales; 2-4 years
Strong verbal/written communication skills, with experience of MS Office programs required.
Willing to travel throughout assigned sales region.
Job Description:
This position reports to the National Sales Manager and will have a primary responsibility for demonstrating/training customers or potential customers on the equipment and reagent systems.
Job Duties:
Attain sales growth target within assigned territory. Provide timely and effective sales services to our customers and to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Prepare quotes and help facilitate closing and additional business from accounts. Ability to grasp complex technology solutions and maintain an understanding of our marketplace and those of our competitors. Provides assistance on sales team, marketing and technical service with customer complaints, new business opportunities, etc. Responsible for determining the need for and scheduling of training classes or seminars for customers and self. Attend tradeshows, help set up workshops. Proactively learn the product line. Performs other duties as assigned. Compensation: Competitive salary and commission, benefits package.
