Shipping & Ordering Policies


All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, exclusive of State and County tax, where ­applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All prices presented are US list price, for sale to clients in the Domestic US only. Please see your international distributor for country specific pricing. For a full list of international distributors, click here.


Net 30 upon approval. Overdue accounts are subject to finance charge.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business day.

All Shipping costs are estimated and as such shipping costs may either go up or go down based on the number of items ordered.

When using your own UPS or FedEx shipping account number, shipping cost may increase or decrease based on the negotiated shipping rates you have with either UPS or FedEx.

All online orders have a $10 flat rate handling fee built into the cost of the shipping quotation. The handling fee covers such thing as the ice boxes and ice packing that is required with shipments.

Online orders may only be placed if shipping within the continental United States; for orders outside of the US please contact one of our international distributors.

All shipments are F.O.B. Concord, CA. Freight and handling charges must be prepaid and are added to the invoice. Priority and Saturday delivery are available upon request.

If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of a product, you may return it to Biocare Medical for a refund or replacement, at our discretion. Returns can only be accepted with a return identification number and authorization. Contact Customer Service for assistance in returning any product. (Returns which are not caused by unsatisfactory product performance must be approved by Biocare in advance and made within 30 days of delivery and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.)
