Hepatocyte Specific Antigen (HSA) is considered almost specific for normal and neoplastic hepatocytes. It has been demonstrated consistently in the majority of hepatocellular carcinomas. HSA can be used in a panel with CEA, CK7, AFP and CD10 (see references).
