EZH2
Enhancer of Zeste Homologue 2 (EZH2) is a member of the Polycomb group (PcG) of proteins with gene regulatory activity. This protein is involved in maintaining the transcriptionally repressed state of several developmental genes and contributes to the maintenance of cell identity and oncogenesis. The expression of EZH2 was also seen in follicular T-cells at different stages during T-cell differentiation and is highly expressed in a variety of tumors including lymphoma, breast and prostate.
