Leukocyte Common Antigen (CD45RB)
CD45RB recognizes an antigen found on lymphoid cells. It reacts with B cells, T-cell subtypes, monocytes, macrophages, and is weakly expressed with granulocytes. The PD7/26 antibody was included in the 3rd International Workshop. CD45RB reacts with 3 of the 5 glycoproteins in the CD45 family (MW 190, 205 and 220 kDa). It is similar to CD45, except it is not expressed in Langerhan’s cells and a small subset of T cells.
